Help To Grow Management Course

Earlier this year, Ollie completed the Help to Grow: Management course at the University of Bath, a nationally recognised 12‑week programme designed to support leaders of small and medium‑sized businesses. The course covered a wide range of practical modules, including leadership development, business strategy, financial performance and sustainable growth.

For us, this wasn’t about ticking a box or following a trend. As a family‑run IT support provider that has worked with businesses and estates across the South West for over 25 years, we must continue to challenge how we think, plan and support our customers, especially as the needs of modern organisations continue to evolve.

The learning from the programme helps reinforce our consultative approach: listening carefully, offering clear and considered advice, and helping clients make decisions that support their long‑term goals rather than short‑term fixes.

We see this as another step in strengthening DSM Systems for the future, ensuring we continue to deliver thoughtful, dependable IT advice that our customers can trust.
